Refunds

    • To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

  2. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Opened or used products.

    • Gift cards or promotional items.

  3. How to Request a Refund:

    • Email us at reroc@oceanviewhealthandwellness.com with your order number, reason for the refund, and proof of purchase.

    • Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

  4. Refund Processing:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Returns

    • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
